Mental Health Supports

Mental health is an important part of overall well-being and affects how we think, feel, and cope with everyday life. Challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma can impact anyone, and seeking help is a sign of strength—not weakness. The police are committed to supporting mental health in the community by working with health professionals, crisis response teams, and support services to ensure people in crisis receive the care they need. If you or someone you know is struggling, you are not alone! Help is available, and reaching out can make a difference.
